Cause Related Learning was founded in 2007 by Richard Lock, a pioneer in this specialised approach with over 18 years’ experience helping managers achieve business goals and develop new skills and appropriate behaviours.

We bring together company managers and staff, set them a challenge that is either charitable or community-based and facilitate learning from the event. In this way we bring learning to life.
